Once an appointment is made, you will receive an email with forms to read over and fill out.
Sessions are 60 minutes. Prices are $215 for cards (debit, credit, HSA/FSA), Apple or Garmin Pay or Venmo, or $210 for cash or check. U.S. Military Veterans receive a $20 discount on all sessions. Payment is due at the time of service.
We do not bill insurance, however, receipts can be provided for reimbursement if your insurance covers treatments. Please call your insurance to find out if you are eligible.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours without fees.
Cancellations under 24 hours require payment in full as there is typically a waiting list. *Exceptions are made for illness or emergencies.
