Continuing Education Schedule

All classes before April 30th, 2019 are held at Sage School of Massage & Esthetics, 369 NE Revere Ave, Bend, OR (May and June 2019 courses: location TBD).

Let's tell some stories! We can learn from each other. This is a group get-together for continuing education (CE) hours where we will simply hang out and discuss difficult topics.

Fascia:  Conditions of the Lower Extremity - February 16 & 17, 2019

Don't miss this fun and exciting class on the biomechanics of walking, running and movement and common conditions of the lower extremity such as:

  • Plantar Fasciosis

  • Achilles Strains

  • Shin Splints

  • Bunions and Hammertoes

  • Knee problems such as Cruciate Ligament tears, Mensicus issues

  • Ankle Sprains

  • Calf pain and more!

Class Times: Saturday from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and Sunday from 9:00 AM-4:00 PM

Fascia:  Conditions of the Upper Extremity - March 16 & 17th 

Good times to be had exploring the arm, wrist and shoulder and common conditions of the upper extremity such as:

  • Frozen Shoulder

  • Rotator Cuff tears

  • "Tennis Elbow" & "Golfer's Elbow"

  • Thoracic Outlet Syndrome

  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

  • Impingement 

  • Bursitis and more!

Postural Assessment & Session Formulation - April 13, 2019  

 What do you see? What should you do?

Improve your visual assessment so that you’ll be able to see more clearly!

In this class we’ll take time to look and assess posture, structure and function. 

We’ll also talk about how to formulate sessions based on what you see.
