Ellyn Lindquist, BA, CR, LMT

"Since I can remember, I have suffered from chronic lower back pain and stiffness of the neck and shoulder muscles.

...After starting Rolfing I immediately began to feel some relief from these symptoms and was able to get a full night's sleep. After completing the initial ten sessions, the chronic pain has decreased significantly. Rolfing has definitely enhanced my quality of life and I fully intend to stay on a maintenance program for the future."
